Business compliance and quality expert is responsible for ensuring that a company adheres to all applicable laws & regulations in terms of CAPA, GDP, IFS logistics, ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IWAY 6, ADR and other standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conducting assessments of the company's operations to identify any potential compliance issues and develop plans to address them.
• Training employees: The business compliance and quality expert should train employees on compliance policies and procedures to ensure they understand their responsibilities and know how to identify and report potential compliance and quality issues.
• Monitoring regulatory changes: The compliance manager should keep abreast of any regulatory changes that may affect the company and ensure that the company is prepared to comply with any new requirements.
• Investigating and resolving compliance issues: If a compliance issue is identified, the compliance expert is responsible for investigating it and developing a plan to resolve it.
• Reporting to senior management: The compliance expert should regularly report to senior management on the company's compliance status and any compliance issues that have been identified.

Overall, the main responsibility of a business compliance expert is to ensure that the company operates within the bounds of all regulations related to issued certificates and be a part of internal and external audits.
