Role of a ServiceNow Developer at AmerisourceBergen will work closely with our Business Solutions Analyst and Architect to provide and maintain solutions for internal customers. Role will require the development of solutions according to best practices and creating automated testing to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. ServiceNow Developers should be proactive, analytical and vocal in understanding and estimating requirements.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write, test, and debug client-side and server-side scripts
Manage applications including migration, downloading, and installing, and managing source code
Provide Level 2 end user/system support of platform within defined SLAs
Working with Stakeholders to gather requirements
Creating documentation and stories
Completing development work
Reviewing changes with peers
Migration of code to upper Environments
Request and Incident management, working on tickets assigned to our team
