What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

• Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report and resolve;
• Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding our knowledge as well as your own;
• Provide omni-channel support via email, chat, social media (no calls!);
• Work on product goals and help to reach them;
• Collaborate with different teams constantly to make a difference in product, customer and company lives.

Currently, we are looking for a colleague who would prefer to work on a rotating shift.
