Requirements for candidates
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting, costing principles, and financial analysis
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, Microsoft Excel
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Lithuanian; German and Russian is a plus.
Job description
- Business Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with the preparation of monthly results & financial reporting including commentary and insights on the results
- Produce monthly reporting packs for HO and regional management
- Report on key performance indicators to monitor performance and where required identify new KPIs critical to managing the business
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budgets to ensure the achievement of established objectives and key milestones
- Ad hoc analysis as required
- Business Partnering & Support
- Establish relationships across the Baltics region to deliver reporting support, guidance and financial oversight
- Support the analytics requirements across a variety of project initiatives to help set strategic direction
- Establish relationships with a range of Finance, Operational and Sales functions across the organisation and provide support to those functions
- Reporting Systems & Processes
- Assist in the roll-out of the global ERP system SAP in the region
- Drive process improvement and enhancements including automation and simplification of accounting, planning and reporting processes.
