Job description:
PAYSTRAX is an innovative financial technology company in payment card acquiring that provides European merchants with state-of-the-art solutions for all their electronic payment transaction needs. As the company is expanding, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. We are looking for a specialist with experience of at least 1+ years who will play a vital role in managing our day to day Salesforce setup, workflows and some development tasks based on skillset. The candidate will be working closely with our developers, QA and other team members in professional and supportive team.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, Developers, and the Service Delivery Manager.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including user account management, routine maintenance, report and dashboard upkeep, and workflow configuration.
- Support the development of Salesforce functionalities.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance platform performance.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, internal Salesforce policies, and system integrity standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce platform support inquiries.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Practical experience (minimum 1 year) with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal team and end users.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to identifying platform improvements and implementing best practices.
- Comfortable using English as the primary working language.
Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I.
- Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Apex and LWC.
- Demonstrated commitment to continued personal/professional development.
- Experience with the Gearset DevOps solution.
