Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset;
Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and other onboarding-related programs;
1+ years of relevant experience in customer onboarding, KYC/AML, or a similar position.

Darbo pobūdis

Initiate and handle the whole process of new and existing clients of VAT/Sales tax registrations;
Collaborate with external partners and tax authorities to ensure successful customer registration;
Review and validate client documentation for VAT registration;
Set up portal accounts based on clients' needs;
Work closely with colleagues across the organization;
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members;
Maintain and improve processes, resources, and frameworks for onboarding new clients.
