We are looking
for a Chief of Operational Excellence to drive a culture of Continuous Improvement at Kilo Health. You will lead cost-reduction programs, implement CI strategies, and mentor employees across the organization. By deploying a robust management system and enhancing operational efficiency, you'll ensure continuous progress and alignment with business goals.

- Evaluate and review processes in the company to make them more efficient
- Train/Coach/Mentor employees at all levels of the organization on the tools and methods that support a continuous improvement culture
- Coordinate the development internally and execute as planned
- Lead a company-wide cost-reduction program
- Deploy a CI management system (operating playbook) that includes a daily management discipline, visual management, root cause analysis, and countermeasure tracking
- Work with a team of embedded CI Leaders across the business, ensuring consistent execution of tasks that drive toward business objectives
- Manage operational excellence training programs and events across the company, providing training and event support for continuous company improvement
- Work as a role model to the team, lead by example in various projects or initiatives if needed
- Effectively manage and prioritize various change initiatives across the organization, ensuring stakeholder buy-in
- Manage operational excellence programs and efforts within the company to achieve short-term and long-term goals, ensuring culture and systems development, and supporting continuous improvement of cost and quality indicators
- Have excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others
- Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, LEAN principles (ideally in manufacturing and service environments)
- Have a solid understanding of process management systems (Lean /Six Sigma/PMI) and working experience in the application of such processes
- Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Operations
- Have experience in process improvement and cost savings success
- Have exceptional communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams, with a strong bias for action and a results-driven attitude
- Have proven experience in spreading and deploying sufficient capabilities that would drive continuous improvement across many locations
- Have the LEAN Knowledge: Kanban / Pull Systems; SMED; Kaizen; Problem-Solving (PDCA); 5S; ASAICHI, Value stream mapping, Gemba
- Have the ability to manage cross-functionally with direct and indirect influence
- Have advanced skills in statistical software packages
Gross salary range is 6000-9000 EUR/month.
LocationWe have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
