Job Description:
- Develop and implement wholesale trade strategy;
- Set and achieve key strategic goals, resources, deadlines, and measurement indicators in wholesale trade;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify and implement growth opportunities;
- Create new customer acquisition strategies and maintain existing customer loyalty;
- Ensure the effectiveness of wholesale trade and provided services;
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers, conduct negotiations;
- Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring their success;
- Set long-term and short-term department goals, delegate them to respective regions, and monitor their implementation;
- Manage directly and indirectly subordinate employees, ensuring goal achievement;
Employee Requirements:
- Proven track of successful leadership experience in wholesale trade;
- Strong business development skills and experience;
- Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of English language B2+ level;
- Effective team management, ability to solve arising problems.
