We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our mission to drive sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to maintain efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Personal Assistant Duties: Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard operations.
  • Communication Handling: Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.
  • Event Planning: Support the organization and execution of company events, including staff meetings and team-building activities.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and managing expenses.
  • Facility Management: Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Personal Assistant or relevant role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
