Now we are looking for a Wittix team member for the Lithuanian team in Vilnius office!

What your daily tasks would look like:

Drafting, updating, amending, supplementing, and maintaining the company's internal documents, policies and procedures;
Identifying regulatory issues and recommending actions to implement compliance in the company;
Ensuring that internal processes comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external;
Providing regulatory related support to the colleagues from other departments;
Drafting and revising agreements with third parties;
Drafting legal documents to be signed with customers;
Performing and monitoring statutory filings with local authorities;
Participating in the investigation of non-standard situations and administering claims, preparing answers to inquiries and claims.

Desired Qualifications:

A university degree in law.
5 and more years of professional experience (preferably in the financial sector, i.e. fintech, banks, or law firms).
Knowledge of the Lithuanian and EU regulatory environment & key regulatory regimes.
Analytical, critical, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Competitive salary. Salary starts from 4000 Gross (depends on the candidates experience and qualifications).
