Job description
- formulating and controlling the financial policy for a group of companies;
- managing working capital efficiently, overseeing cash flows, and ensuring liquidity control;
- developing annual business development plans, economic targets, and budgets that align with income and expenses, while coordinating and ensuring accounting compliance;
- executing and planning financial operations between group companies, ensuring compliance with audits and financial regulations of respective countries;
- planning and managing working capital financing, collaborating with Lithuanian and international banks and other financial institutions;
- managing risk, administering internal and external audits, and cooperating with auditors and tax consultants;
- improving and optimizing operational and financial reporting tools and processes;
- preparing monthly financial reports and providing operational information (e.g., financial forecasts, risk analyses) to the management;
- managing foreign exchange risk;
- collaborating with external accounting service providers for group companies and coordinating related activities.
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role (in a production organization - would be an advantage);
- a higher education degree in finance, economics or accounting;
- experience in an international corporate group and experience in ERP implementation is a significant advantage;
- ability to justify decisions based on financial and business insights;
- initiative in providing insights and solutions, independence, and responsibility in managing assigned tasks;
- flexibility and the ability to handle multiple large and diverse projects simultaneously;
- proficiency in English.
