To support our business in Lithuania, we are looking for HR and Administrative Specialist.
You will be responsible for supporting our Employees in administrative tasks, managing incoming calls, supporting competence development and learning. We are looking for a team member in People & Culture team who would be a great collaborator and would like to take the initiative and create solutions for modern ways of working.
Main activities and core responsibilities:
- Support leaders and employees in administrative tasks, e.g. managing travel and hotel bookings, documentation in accordance with legislation and local requirements, administrate pool cars, help to build efficient Lean based self-service administrative practices;
- Manage incoming calls, e-mails and postage;
- Continuously and efficiently carry out office management activities (office supplies, arrangements related to meetings, etc.);
- Be an influential contributor of internal communication securing great employee experience;
- Support execution of customer and employee events, support Employer branding activities;
- Verifying and entering data into HR systems;
- Support of the People & Culture Team in HR administration matters including administration of Compensation & Benefits;
- Support in planning and execution of employee development and training activities, maintain proper records and databases;
- Contribute and build strong relationships with stakeholders (managers, HR functions);
- Securing confidentiality and high quality of processed HR data;
- Be active in identifying areas for overall improvements.
Who are you?
To fit our ideal profile, You have:
- A degree or work experience related to administration, HR administration, customer service, or similar;
- Customer service mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges;
- Passion for administrative tasks;
- Attention to details and systematical way of working.
Competences and skills
- Fluent in Lithuanian and upper English skills, both verbal and written;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and willingness to take ownership with a thirst to learn, share skills, knowledge and expertise;
- Good time management, planning and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) (for reporting and presenting purposes).
