- Understanding wind project development phases, including documentation requirements and permit processes.
- Overseeing project development, ensuring adherence to agreements.
- Enabling effective communication, objective clarification, and active participation in team decision-making.
- Maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, including developers, institutions, contractors and other relevant parties.
- Utilizing design tools for internal purposes, swiftly making adjustments to aid project management and coordination.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in wind project management or in developing real estate properties.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD or similar.
- Proactivity, structured way of work.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a Team.
- A university degree in engineering or electrical engineering is an advantage.
