If so, you should consider joining our Process Architecture team to set out the direction and lay the foundation for maturing the banks process management. You will be a part of a centralized team with complementary skillsets and a common vision to enable business development and regulatory compliance in a collaborative environment with stakeholders across business units and Group functions.
The position:
As Chief Business Process Architect, you will, in collaboration with Enterprise Architects, fellow Business Process Architects and a variety of stakeholders across the bank, drive the BPM agenda by building capabilities in all corners of the bank, laying the foundation for successful relationships between customers, society, and the bank. You will be a key contributor in drafting the BPM roadmap, creating execution methodologies, and supporting all stakeholders in achieving a strong Business Process view for the entire enterprise.
While building and setting direction, the position also provides practical support to process modelers, process managers, and process owners. An important part of the job is to align strategic objectives and tactical demands, being flexible in creating solutions while keeping focus on the long-term objectives. Alongside this, the job entails operational and management reporting, where complex matters are explained and visualized in an easily comprehensible way.
Your responsibilities will include making assessments for areas for improvement and making the changes necessary to carry out the strategy. This entails making connections between Business Processes and related operational, governing, and technical elements.

You will:
- Be a key contributor in drafting the BPM roadmap, creating execution methodologies, and supporting all stakeholders in achieving a strong Business Process view for the entire enterprise
- Drive the BPM agenda by building capabilities in all corners of the bank and laying the foundation for successful relationships between customers, society, and the bank
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, fellow Business Process Architects, and a variety of stakeholders across the bank
- Provide practical support to process modelers, process managers, and process owners
- Make assessments for areas of improvement and make the changes necessary to carry out the strategy
About you:
- Background from consultancy, business analysis, solution, or enterprise architecture combined with a bachelors degree in e.g. Information Technology, Business Administration, or alternatively demonstrably acquired equivalent skills and knowledge
- At least 5+ years of experience working in a senior business architect or business process architect role
- Wide experience within design of target operating models and associated implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategy and key business strategies
- Extensive experience in modeling business processes by using various tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, PowerPoint) and techniques (e.g., BPMN, VSM, SIPOC, UML)
- Comprehensive interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in communicating with senior management
- Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results
- Upper-intermediate English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
