We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in protecting our organisation's digital assets and ensuring the highest level of security across all aspects of Staticus IT infrastructure. Your future role

Security Policy Implementation and Maintenance: Take charge of implementing and maintaining robust security policies, ensuring the organisation's adherence to industry best practices.
Security Tools Deployment: Collaborate seamlessly with the IT team to facilitate the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive suite of security tools and technologies.
Data Leakage Prevention: Implement robust mechanisms for the prevention of data leakage, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
Security Rules, Firewalls, and Antivirus Systems: Enhance and fortify security rules governing M365, Firewalls, and Antivirus systems, bolstering the organization's defenses against potential threats.
Security Assessments and Updates: Conduct routine for security assessments and introduce new security tools and updates as necessary to keep the workforce well-informed and vigilant.
IT Security Certification Processes: Coordinate and manage IT security certification processes, encompassing ISO 27001 and other pertinent standards, to uphold and demonstrate the organisation's commitment to security excellence.
Security Training Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive security training programs for all employees, fostering a culture of security awareness and adherence to established procedures.
Continuous Monitoring of Security Trends: Stay ahead of the latest security trends and threats, leveraging this knowledge to proactively enhance security measures and keep the organisation well-prepared for emerging challenges.

What do we expect from you?

Education: Possession of a higher education degree in a field related to Information Technology.
Professional Experience: Demonstrated track record of successfully working with a spectrum of security tools, including but not limited to antimalware, encryption, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network security measures.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency and familiarity with IT security certifications and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and others.
Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts of IT solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including a high level of proficiency in English (B2 or above). The ability to express concepts and ideas fluently in writing and verbally.
Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong strategic and organisational skills, and the ability to think analytically and systematise data you receive and draw conclusions from it.

Additional information: The projected initial gross salary for this position ranges between 3000 and 4200 EUR per month. The final salary offer will be contingent upon the candidate's demonstrated experience and skills.
