We are actively seeking a dynamic and proficient IT Support Specialist for our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless functionality of our ERP system and other internal Staticus IT systems. Your future role
- IT Projects and System Updates: Actively participate in the implementation of new IT projects and updates to existing systems.
- Data Accuracy and System Administration: Oversee and ensure the precision of data within the ERP/IT system while managing rights and permissions.
- Daily IT Systems Issue Resolution: Swiftly identify and resolve daily IT systems issues through a strategic and effective troubleshooting approach.
- Analysis and Resolution: Diligently analyse and resolve IT system tasks while conducting thorough investigations into the root causes of issues.
- Solutions for System Enhancement: Propose and implement effective solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution and Collaboration: Independently address problems and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for more complex tasks and issues.
- Communication, Task Delegation, and Support: Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members, delegate tasks, provide clear instructions, and offer support for the efficient resolution of issues.
What do we expect from you?
- Education: Possession of a higher education degree in a field related to Information Technology.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working with ERP systems or other information systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Task Management Skills: The ability to manage different tasks concurrently, and a willingness to take the initiative, act autonomously, and work in a result-oriented manner.
- Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts of IT solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including a high level of proficiency in English (B2 or above). The ability to express concepts and ideas fluently in writing and verbally.
- Readiness to Learn: Commitment to ongoing learning, and staying updated on trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Additional information: The projected initial gross salary for this position ranges between 3000 and 4200 EUR per month. The final salary offer will be contingent upon the candidate's demonstrated experience and skills.
