Main activities and core responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting companies Employees in administrative tasks, managing incoming calls, supporting competence development and learning. Company is looking for a team member in People & Culture team who would be a great collaborator and would like to take the initiative and create solutions for modern ways of working

• Support leaders and employees in administrative tasks, e.g. managing travel and hotel bookings, documentation in accordance with legislation and local requirements, administrate pool cars, help to build efficient Lean based self-service administrative practices;
• Manage incoming calls, e-mails and postage;
• Continuously and efficiently carry out office management activities (office supplies, arrangements related to meetings, etc.);
• Be an influential contributor of internal communication securing great employee experience;
• Support execution of customer and employee events;
• Support in planning and execution of employee development and training activities, maintain proper records and databases;
• Be active in identifying areas for overall improvements, assess training and development needs together with leaders, build up a competence map and future competence needs; 
• Cooperate with technical schools and universities, build awareness and support Employer branding activities.

Who are You?

• A degree or work experience related to administration, customer service, training coordination or similar;
• Customer service mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges;
• Passion for administrative tasks.

Competences and skills:

• Fluent in Lithuanian and upper English skills, both verbal and written'
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and willingness to take ownership with a thirst to learn, share skills, knowledge and expertise;
• Good time management, planning and analytical skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) (for reporting and presenting purposes).

Monthly gross salaryGross/mo  € 1700 - 2100

Additional information:  Salary depends on skills and experience. Also, annual bonus program will be applied in accordance with the Company policy.
