We are proud of being a group of companies working on made-in-Lithuania products and are currently looking for a Backend Team Lead who will play an important role towards the creation of innovative solutions. As a Backend Team lead, you will be responsible for leading backend developers team, creating, maintaining and testing the Backend infrastructure of multiple external and internal projects.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead the Backend development team while partly contributing to coding
- Work as leader in collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide new functionalities to our management system
- Work with team on already existing management system functionalities to keep them up to date
- Take an important part in DevOps and Architecture discussions
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in PHP (preferably Laravel framework)
- Experience in working with MySQL
- In-depth understanding of API paradigms
- Experience in working with REST and GraphQL technologies
- Utilise version control using Git and a systemised deployment process
- Have basic experience of JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React or similar)
- Good English writing and communication skills
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Familiarity with microservices and layered architecture pattern
- Comfortable with version control through Git
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS
- Knowledge or experience with agile software development methodology

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractivesalary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 30,00Eur/h up to 40,00Eur/h (~5000Eur 6670Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
