Core responsibilities:

Lead Procurement, Supply, and Logistics processes.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with suppliers (raw material, equipment) who align with our quality and cost standards (Lithuania and other countries).
Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operational efficiency. Conduct regular cost analyses and identify opportunities for improvement.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs. Implement effective inventory control measures and systems.
Logistics Management: Coordinate and optimize the transportation and distribution of goods, both inbound and outbound. Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of procurement and logistics specialists. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Compliance and Effective Processes: Product, production, and supplier audits. Participate in processes optimization using Lean tools and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

What are we looking for?

Leadership, strategy development and management skills.
Proven experience in procurement, supply or logistics and team management in a manufacturing company.
Understanding of international business, supply chain management, regulations, and procurement practices.
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
Team leadership, organisational, interpersonal, conflict management skills.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Knowledge of LEAN and quality management system (ISO 9001).
IATF knowledge and basics in engineering would be an advantage.
