We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover: 

• Work closely with the Sales Department and other companys branches to facilitate the collection of KYC (Know Your Client) and other relevant documents in accordance with relevant company regulations 
• To ensure evidence of clients identity and other relevant documents are received prior to the sale 
• Ensure all client KYC files are stored and maintained accordingly 
• Ensure compliance with internal processes relating to legal and corporate governance policies 
• Mitigate legal risk to which company is exposed 
• Work according to approved company processes 
• Working with companys IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth client onboarding process. 
• Participation in daily meetings based on Lean principles 
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the companys strategic goals 
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

• Has good  skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy
