Mediq Lietuva now expanding its organization and looking for Sales and Product Manager.
As a Sales and Product Manager at Mediq Lietuva, you would play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and managing its product portfolio. Your responsibilities would include identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, and cultivating relationships with key clients and suppliers. Additionally, you would oversee product development initiatives, ensuring that Mediq Lietuva continues to offer innovative and high-quality medical products that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. With your expertise in sales and product management, you would contribute to the company's growth and success in the healthcare industry.
Your Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop customer sales to achieve sales goals.
- Active search for new clients and new opportunities to expand.
- Identifying market trends.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationship with customers.
Our requirements:
- Education required: university or higher education;
- Professional experience in sales (at least 1 year);
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Lithuanian;
- Strong communication skills, good presentation skills;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding, good business judgment;
- PC skills and driving license.
Company offers:
- Fixed remuneration 2500-3500 EUR brutto, based on your competencies and results;
- Additional bonus system depending on the achieved goals;
- Company car.
