About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our MOS team, you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
- Helping to define KPIs and monitor them in automated reports, dashboards
- Actively participating in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process leaning and improving communication
- Assisting MOS teams onboarding new clients, setting up static data for client database, assist in arranging connectivity between systems as well as agent banks
- Supporting the global MOS team by tracking finance related metrics & managing revenue process for MOS global client base, including creating and maintaining client data sheets in Excel, tracking accruals and highlighting deviations to the business process owners
- Collecting, analyzing data from different sources and prepare various reports, visualizations and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, QLIK and other applicable systems on a regular basis in line with business requirements
- Establishing excellent working relationships with the MOS Treasury, Collateral and Trade Affirm teams across the globe and understand how the MOS processes work
- Identifying opportunities for process development and enhancement.
- You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer science or related discipline
- You have Excel VBA programming experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experienced in working with operational efficiency frameworks (LEAN) or process development
- Professional experience in data, financial or business analytics
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to prioritize with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines while maintaining a professional manner
- Dual-ability to work effectively as both a team player and alone.
- You have RPA experience (optional, an advantage)
