-Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements in social media to ensure a positive brand image

-Manage negative feedback and effectively respond to customer complaints to maintain brand reputation

-Help manage crisis communications arising from brand or company activities

-Track, analyze and report results to measure success of community initiatives

- Work experience as a community, support manager or social media manager

-Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

-Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English

-Knowledge of social media channels
