Position Summary:

The Order Management Specialist is a customer facing part of our Operations team. This role works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Operations, Fulfilment, and Billing teams to input, analyze, and complete orders and get our product(s) to the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Use your product and customer knowledge to accurately input data into Revel's ERP system (NetSuite)
Take ownership of customer tickets, providing prompt resolution and updates in our ticketing system (ServiceCloud)
Play a key role in managing the company's quote-to-cash process, ensuring smooth transactions from order placement to payment
Deliver world-class customer experiences over the phone (max 15 calls/day)
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance teams to monitor inventory activities and support demand planning
Continuously improve and scale forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches to meet the needs of our business

Requirements:

1-2 years of customer service and/or hardware fulfilment experience
Proficient written/spoken English is a must
Strong experience with MS Office / Google docs
Ability and willingness to work a late shift: Mon-Fri 15:00 - 23:30
Ability and desire to process a high volume of orders into our ERP with accuracy while looking for opportunities for improvement
Experience in a POS technical support environment is a plus
Experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred) or CRM (Salesforce preferred) software is a plus
Experience with a ticketing system is a plus (ServiceCloud preferred)
