Requirements for candidates

fluent Lithuanian language;
intermediate-level of Ukrainian/Russian language skills;
upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English;
higher education (engineering or economics);
at least 5 years of experience in managerial positions;
experience in dealing with customs services;
experience with shipping services like DHL and TNT and knowledge of logistics processes;
strongly proactive with a willingness to learn and develop;
proficient in using computers and the MS Office suite;
category B driver's license;
strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team;
excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-changing environment;
knowledge of modern management methods and experience in their application;
strong strategic and analytical thinking;
good negotiation skills.

Job description
