Job Description

Our technical department in Bosch Mobility Aftermarket provides daily technical support to our customers in the Nordic region and conducts technical courses for car workshops. We are now looking for a technician with a primary focus on teaching in Lithuania. In the role of course instructor, you will primarily be conducting technical courses, but also developing new teaching materials and supporting our sales department.

Your tasks include:

Conducting courses and related activities for car workshops in Lithuania
Updating existing courses
Developing new course materials
Supporting the sales department

In this role, you will report to our group leader for the technical department. The work is primarily carried out from our training center in Kaunas, but also other locations within Lithuania. There will also be some travel activity inside and outside the country.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you have a solid automotive technical background, where you have worked independently with diagnostics troubleshooting for at least five years. You have the general adult pedagogical basic education and experience in teaching. You thrive in front of large audiences and are good at conveying technical knowledge in a clear and understandable way.

Additionally, you have:

A relevant education and workshop experience from the automotive industry
Good communication skills, are outgoing and service-minded, and have the ability to work independently
Competence and interest in electronic systems, electronics, and modern diagnostic equipment
Ability and interest keeping up with developments in the modern automotive industry
Fluent Lithuanian and good English language skills, as it is our corporate language
